We may collect personal details such as your name, contact information, and project details when you interact with our website or services.
We use this information only for the purposes of providing our services, responding to enquiries, and improving our offerings.
We will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties except:
where required to deliver our services (e.g. sharing with Service Providers engaged on your behalf);
where required by law; or
with your consent.
By using our website or services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with these Terms.
Using this website
We use the details you submit through our website forms to respond to your request and add you to our email list for occasional Zinc Studio news and project updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. We preserve existing unsubscribes.
When you request a brochure, create a cabin pack or submit an enquiry, we can reuse your contact details across these forms during the same browser session, for up to 24 hours. A secure session cookie contains only a random identifier; your contact details are held in private server storage, not browser local storage. Use “Change details” or “Not you? Clear details” on a form to edit or end that session. Clearing the session does not delete requests you have already submitted.
Our email inbox is the archive for enquiries, brochure requests, cabin packs and investment estimates. When we email you a pack or estimate, a copy is also sent to Zinc Studio. Temporary website records used to process submissions and provide pack downloads expire within 24 hours; email retry records expire within 23 hours. Small contact-sync records may remain for up to 30 days, and follow-up preferences and duplicate-prevention records for up to two years of inactivity. Email copies may be retained while we handle your project. When you request a brochure, investment estimate or cabin pack, we may email you related project follow-ups. You can unsubscribe using the link in any follow-up email. A document request does not request a sales call.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits and successful enquiries. We send page paths, campaign attribution and the referring website, but not your form answers, email address, phone number or private cabin pack link. Analytics cookies remain disabled until you accept. You can withdraw consent using Cookie preferences in the footer.
If you accept advertising cookies, Meta Pixel and our server-side Conversions API measure page visits and successful enquiries to help us understand and improve Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta receives browser and device information, the page URL, IP address and advertising cookie identifiers. Browser and server reports share a random event reference to avoid counting a conversion twice. We do not provide form answers or contact details for advanced matching. The cabin builder and private pack pages are excluded. Choose “Analytics only” or “Decline” to leave Meta Pixel disabled, or withdraw permission through Cookie preferences in the footer.
When you create a cabin pack, we use your name, email, phone number, chosen customisations and questionnaire answers to generate your PDF and email it to you and Zinc Studio. You can choose whether to request a conversation using the optional checkbox.
Your immediate download is available for up to 24 hours through an unguessable link. Anyone with that download link can obtain the PDF during that period. Keep your emailed attachment or download it to retain and share your pack.
Our email provider processes your email address and pack to send your copy and the Zinc Studio archive copy. A successful submission confirms provider acceptance, not guaranteed inbox delivery; please check your junk folder or contact us if your email does not arrive.
To request access, correction or deletion of your stored submission, contact Zinc Studio on 02 8303 2431, quoting the reference on your pack. Downloaded copies and copies you share remain with their recipients.
