The TH (2.5 m) and LT (3.0 m) sit on road-registrable trailers and tow to site. The CA range (3.5m) sits on a steel skid foundation, is delivered by truck, and can be built bespoke up to 12 m.

Yes. Start from a baseline model and adjust windows, doors, layout, walls and finishes, or commission an entirely new design through our Custom Design service.

We use a durable, low-maintenance steel and timber system suited to the Australian climate. Cladding and finish options include spotted gum, blackened steel, bone render and Corten.

It depends on your site and how the cabin is used. The three common pathways are Exempt, CDC and DA. We recommend starting with a Planning Report to find the simplest route for your property.

Yes. Our DA Documentation service coordinates the geotechnical, architectural, site and engineering documents councils require.

Most cabins are delivered turn-key in 8 to 12 weeks from order, because they're built off-site in parallel with your site preparation.

Trailer models tow straight in; skid-based cabins arrive by truck and are craned or rolled into position. Most installs are completed in a single day once the site is prepared.

Yes. Solar and battery, rainwater capture and filtration, and composting or septic wastewater are all available so the cabin can run independent of mains services.

We do. Our Short-Stay Management service covers guest communications, cleaning, changeovers and restocking so your cabin can run as a hands-off accommodation business.
