01 / A natural fit
A guest cabin beside a country home. Accommodation among the vines. A quiet studio with a view. Some briefs call for a beautifully resolved small building, supported by a team who knows how to deliver it.
Zinc complements your expertise with a defined cabin range and a dedicated product team. You keep your client relationship and independent professional judgement, with any architectural or planning services scoped separately.
The right fit starts with the site, intended use and budget. Planning controls, access, services and approvals all inform what’s possible.

Give clients a defined range of heritage-inspired cabins, with warm materials and practical layouts that sit comfortably within a broader vision for their property.
Earn a referral commission when a client you introduce proceeds with an eligible cabin purchase. We’ll confirm eligibility and commission arrangements with you before progressing the referral.
Access drawings, dimensions, finish options and indicative pricing, with practical guidance on Zinc’s product and delivery requirements.
Where a client needs architectural design, planning or site advice, we may connect them with suitable partners.
No sales quotas. No exclusive supply commitment. Your advice stays independent and client-first.
03 / How it works
You bring the project context. We handle the cabin consultation and sales process. Your involvement beyond the introduction is yours to agree with your client.
Tell us about your practice and the projects you work on. We’ll share the program details, relevant product information and applicable terms.
With your client’s permission, introduce us and share their project’s intended use, general location, site status, budget and timing.
We confirm referral eligibility and guide the client through cabin selection, pricing and the sales process, keeping you involved as agreed.
When an eligible cabin purchase proceeds and the agreed conditions are met, we arrange your referral commission.
04 / Clear roles, good relationships
We guide product selection, quotation and manufacture, and coordinate transport, delivery and installation where included in the project contract. Approvals, site works and specialist services are confirmed separately for each project.
An introduction doesn’t make you responsible for selling, manufacturing or managing the cabin project. Stay involved where it helps your client, under your own separately agreed professional scope.
Introductions are made with client permission, and referral arrangements are disclosed in line with professional obligations. If you can’t accept a financial commission, or prefer not to, we’d still welcome a conversation about working together.
